Expert Web developer

Hi!

We are a start-up having worked for 4 or 5 years and trying things out and we have finally made our first client, - Hooray!

Our lead dev is unwell, and we are in need of a GUN PHP developer, with solid background in web development (HTML, CSS Bootstrap, Javascript, Object Oriented Programming).

Min 5 years experience - must have a detailed portfolio and be able t pass coding test / challenge

Applicant must be skilled in the following:
PHP (we have built our own framework, you need to know how to code from the ground up)
HTML (goes without saying, but we need someone with an understanding of accessible design and who can code to WCAG standards and use semantic mark-up
CSS - we sue Bootstrap for structre and Less, but you will have front-end support. You are expected to be a wizard at resolving your own front-end issues (pref without using !important:)
Agile methodology - this is part-time. You need to be able to take on small chunk, testable of work, be able to deploy against the Product Back Log item and for that to be testable each week. This is super important!
MYSQL
GIT - again - really important you can use this properly
Be able to setup your own environment! We generally use Liniux / OSX but don't really mind so long as you can sort yourself out. You should know your way around a command line interface too
Excellent problem solver - see problems before they emerge and advise on solutions. We will provide mock-ups, detailed user stores and product backlog item, but you must be able value-add.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
