Bookkeeper - someone to sort out my chaos!

We are looking for a conscientious bookkeeper to sort out our chaos.
We currently use Kashflow but aim to move to Xero when the books balance.
We need someone to reconcile our accounts of the last 2 years - we don't expect it to happen overnight.
You don't need to be a chartered accountant - an experienced bookkeeper is essential though.
We are virtual P.A's so understand virtual working and it's challenges.
