We are looking for an exceptional Social Media Manager who will spearhead our social media efforts across Facebook, Instagram, and email marketing for multiple businesses and clients. The ideal candidate should be a versatile and creative marketer with a proven track record in executing successful social media campaigns, proficient in copywriting, sales-oriented, and abreast of industry trends and key influencers like Alex Hormozi.

Strategic Planning:
Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals and client objectives.
Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to drive innovative campaigns.

Platform Management:
Manage and ---------- social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and email marketing campaigns.
Curate engaging content calendars, schedule posts, and monitor performance metrics for continuous optimisation.

Content Creation and Copywriting:

Client Management:
Liaise with multiple clients, understand their brand voice, and execute tailored social media strategies.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Collaborate with influencers, industry experts, and key stakeholders to maximise outreach.

Sales and Lead Generation:
Drive lead generation and sales through strategic social media campaigns and audience targeting.
Implement effective conversion strategies, funnel optimisation, and retargeting efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in social media management across diverse industries.
Demonstrated success in driving engagement, conversions, and sales through social media.
Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager, Instagram insights, email marketing tools and CRM platforms.
Exceptional copywriting skills with a strong sales-oriented approach.
Deep understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and analytics.
Knowledge of industry figures and thought leaders like Alex Hormozi and ability to leverage industry connections for business growth.

Software you will be expected to work with are such things as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Wordpress, Email Marketing, SEO, Google, Hubspot, Confluence, Trello, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, XD, hubstaff and upskill as required
