Non-fiction Creative Ghostwriter for 40 Page Kindle E-book

Looking for creative writer who is comfortable with writing an eBook in formatting that's acceptable with Kindle.
While I'll provide resource links and foundation information on the topic, I'd expect the writer to conduct some additional
online research in order to produce high quality content.
I wish to have an ebook created, and finally published on kindle with respect to being stress management.

I need to find a writer to build a long-term professional relationship with.
I'm trying to build a non-fiction publishing empire, and I want you to write for me for a long time.

For each polished 40 Page Kindle Ebook that you write, it's money plus bonuses if the book sells.
I'm looking for a 3 week turnaround at MOST. $10 bonus for a 3 week turnaround.

The book should include the following at least:

* Format it into chapters (Create a Menu Page that links correctly)
* Format into E-book format that works with CreateSpace, Kindle & SmashWords (I must have the correct formats for these 3 servers)
* saved as word Doc
