JOB DESCRIPTION: We seek a talented, creative, and motivated Executive Assistant to support our CEO and assist with Marketing Operations. This dual role requires a unique blend of administrative, marketing, design, and creative skills. The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency, foster the creative process, and deliver high-quality presentations and materials that reflect our clients' needs.
****REQUIRED**** This position requires availability from 9 am - 5 pm EST (New York Time), Monday through Friday.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing executive support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing
- Managing our marketing automation tool to streamline and measure all marketing tasks and workflows.
- Assisting in the creation and implementation of
- Generating regular performance reports to help the marketing team assess the effectiveness of our campaigns.
- Publishing articles and blogs to the company website using WordPress.
- Collaborating with various teams within the organization to facilitate communication and ensure alignment of marketing strategies.
- Creating visually appealing and engaging client presentations, reports, and related materials using Canva.
- Listen to meetings carefully to extract key information and translate this into compelling presentations that reflect client requirements.
- Designing a range of marketing collateral, including pitch decks, product or service one-pagers, and brochures.
- Ensuring all outputs align with brand guidelines and project requirements and are easily understandable for the target audience.

****REQUIREMENTS****
- At least 3 years of experience as a virtual assistant, preferably in a marketing operations capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation software, CRM tools, WordPress, QuickBooks, Sprout Social, Microsoft Office Suite, and Canva.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to extract information quickly fro
- Proven ability to think creatively, design sensibilities, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
