House Cleaning - Operations VA - Remote Position

House Cleaning and Maid services of Florida is looking for a fast learner, career focused and entrepreneurial VA to assist in running the day to day operations!

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial and has a flexible schedule to assist the business at all times.

In this role you will:
Become a subject matter expert in the services we provide
Be available to handle all incoming calls
Handle customer support tickets by call, text, email
Quote new customers, Book new customers
Work with the cleaning team
Hire New cleaners
Interview New Cleaners
Resolve Scheduling Conflicts

Remote position must meet these qualifications:
Great English Speaking
2+ Years Management experience
5+ years of professional virtual assistant experience
3+ years of sales experience
3+ Customer Support experience

Hardware Requirements
2 computer screens ( laptop + external monitor) or ( desktop with two monitors) highly recommended but not required.
Computer mouse
High Speed internet ( 20 mbps or higher, download and 5 mbs or higher upload)
Microphone headset
Noise Canceling software. (krisp or others)

Job Details Pay and Time
Eastern Standard Time
40-50 hours a week
Monday-Friday
AND Saturday
Hourly Pay $4-$6
Paid weekly
