I need a VA developer.

My name is Andreas and I am running and agency.
Through the last 2 years have I used a freelancer, but have got really tired of it.. because of all the freelancers, don't have time to look trough the stuff they do. Therefore am I and my 2 partners looking for a developer, which can take care of our work.

We are an agency, which is always using WordPress for our costumers and sometimes are we using Shopify. But not often. So Shopify expert isn't required.

Your job will be, to convert my designers PSD files into WordPress pages. You are aloud to use themes if you want to or make the pages from scratch.

But first of all, would I like to hear more about you and which skills you can offer us.
I will read every VA's Cvs. And after will I take the most qualified VA's to a skype interview, here will I pick 3 freelancers, which will get a free trial.. Where I provide you a single PSD file, where you need to convert it into a WordPress page. And the best WordPress converting will we hire.
