Support Member

We are looking for a Customer Support Member. Our support specialists take ownership of providing real-time support to users and documenting user feedback and behavior.

Responsibilities
- Provide real-time support
- Respond timely to users
- Document user behavior, frequent issues and concerns, new feature requests in our internal communication channel

Support includes: answering frequently asked questions, guiding users through product features, updating server channels, assisting with ---------- bot verification, and helping users with reward redemption and tracking. Most of our user touchpoints are on ---------- , with the exception of ---------- c.


Requirements
- 3+ years minimum customer support experience
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written). Other languages are a welcome bonus.
- Outcome-driven
- Strong Internet access w/ computer
- Familiarity with ----------
