Automotive Technical Recruitment Specialist - Manila, Philippines

About the role:
Are you a service manager, regional manager or senior manager in the automotive industry or a similar field, with excellent English skills, based in the National Capital Region of the Philippines?
Just Automotive Recruitment is an Australian company seeking a dynamic individual comfortable working from the Quezon City office, to be our on-the-ground representative in Manila.
Your role includes conducting high-calibre interviews, managing Australian client arrivals, and delivering outstanding customer care.

Responsibilities:
• Conducting high-calibre interviews with mechanics welding, panel beaters, painters , CNC operators etc
• Providing exceptional customer care for Australian clients arriving in the Philippines.
• Collaborating closely with our International Recruitment team in Sydney and local counterparts.
• Entertaining clients
• Contributing to the growth of our Philippine business unit.
• Leveraging leads generated through marketing efforts and engaging in local business development.

Skills and experience:
• Experience as a service or regional manager or senior manager in the automotive industry is highly advantageous.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Thriving in a collaborative, small-team environment.
• Results-oriented mindset.
Previous experience as a mechanic
Previous experience working abroad
Excellent computer skills, experience with Microsoft suite
