Key qualifications we're seeking include:

Proven experience in cold calling (min. 1-2 years)
Excellent communication skills (native level english skills)
Persistence and resilience in pursuing leads
Ability to understand and articulate our company's products/services
Strong organizational skills to manage and track leads effectively

Responsibilities:

Initiate and execute cold calling campaigns to generate leads
Maintain a database of potential clients and regularly update information
Effectively communicate our company's value proposition
Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on effective approaches
