The company is a dynamic and innovative direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand specializing in backpacks. We are committed to providing high-quality, functional, and stylish bags that enhance the lives of our customers. As we continue to expand our brand presence and product offerings, we are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager with a strong background in Performance and Full-Stack Digital Marketing to further build and lead our marketing team.

Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Directly manage and lead the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to tea ---------- mbers to ensure professional growth and achievement of departmental goals.
Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, with a focus on Performance and Brand, aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
Ecommerce Expertise: Leverage extensive experience in the ecommerce sector to optimize the company’s online presence. Implement strategies to drive sessions and improve CRO.
Brand Building: Oversee the maintenance of the company’s brand identity. Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints, and make sure that we are activating brand activities. Strong understanding of brand building techniques are ideal.
Performance Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of our digital marketing initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement adjustments to optimize campaign performance. Strong understanding of META, Google, and TikTok ads.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Foster a culture of collaboration and communication.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize the impact of performance and digital marketing strategies. Ensure that campaigns are executed within budgetary constraints and deliver measurable results.
Market Research: Stay aware of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the digital landscape. Conduct market research to identify consumer needs and preferences, providing valuable insights for product development and marketing strategies.

Additional Requirements:
Prior Ecommerce Experience: Possess a deep understanding of how the company generates revenue, with prior experience in ecommerce being essential.
Understanding of Email/SMS Metrics: Demonstrate proficiency in email and SMS marketing metrics to enhance the production of emails, contribute depth to our email strategy, and bolster customer retention efforts.
Strong Tenacity and Accountability: Possess a proactive and accountable approach to work, driving projects forward with determination and ensuring deadlines are met consistently.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
12+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on performance and digital marketing.
Proven track record of success in managing and growing marketing teams.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content strategies.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Strong experience with GA, Shopify, Triple Whale, and other digital marketing tools.
Prior experience in a DTC or ecommerce company is mandatory.
Ability to work Monday–Friday 9AM–5PM ET
