Accounts Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

Process Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Superannuation, PAYG and reconcile accounts/bank reconciliation accurately
Produce timely and accurate accounts with cascading reports to inform in decision making
Must be informed as to regulatory filings and be able to assist the director to prepare and meet filing obligations with ASIC, ATO and other business organisations with the support of external accountants
Navigate, use and develop business reporting using the Salesforce Database and see the connection between business operations and accounts to develop and communicate adherence to systems to ensure the accurate recording and flow accounting information
Consult with the Director to establish reports of business performance to assist in making better business decisions and use this information to develop detailed future business projections and Cash Flow Models
Prepare for sustained profitable growth as the company prepares to double in size over the next five years

Qualifications and Experience:

A graduate of Accountancy
At least 2 years of experience in Australian Accounting
Ability to perform Managerial Accounting (analysis, reporting, recommendations to help in growing the business)
Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM knowledge would be an advantage
High attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
High level of integrity and with strong work ethic
Strong analytical and numerical skills
