Hello,
We are looking for smart, intellgent, commited, and honest sales reps. She must have strong command of English language, someone who can read and write perfectly well. She must have ample customer service experience. Hired worker wil be handling our online customers, answer questions about our services etc. Must know how to use, navigate salesforce or other ticketing softwares we throw at them.
To be considered for this role, you will possess:
Excellent computer skills.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm.
Strong typing and verbal communication skills.
Call center experience is a PLUS! 4-5 years experince will be amazing!
High ID Proof score will be PLUS! but not mandatory.
Required Education / Certifications:
High School Diploma plus 6 years of technical or customer support experience (Associates Degree + 4 years or BS + 2 years)
