As a Legal Intake Nurse, you will play a vital role in our organization's success by being the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance in medical or a ---------- -related matters. Your empathetic and professional approach will be essential in building trust and rapport with potential clients, effectively understanding their unique situations, and providing them with the necessary information about our services.

You will engage potential leads over the phone and text messages using the company-provided CRM tools. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue for the company and building relationships with clients in legal, medical device sales, insurance sales, healthcare billing, and related fields. Your tasks and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Must-Have:
• Registered Nurse based in the Philippines
• Previous management/supervisory experience preferred
• Strong Customer Service background in a call center environment
• Attention to detail, dependability, concern for others, and stress tolerance
• Ability to manage and manipulate data and reporting on Excel and other software
• Extremely organized person and has excellent English-speaking skills.
• Willing to work on Graveyard Shift (MST) – Full-time job
