VA for product research, listing and order processing

We are setting up a whole new online business, you are responsible to take part in most of the major tasks of the development of new business.

Task is simple:
(1) Product Research and Design (Mug, Phone Case, T-shirt, Pillow Case, etc) - Not needed to be very professional in design, but must have basic knowledge in Design Software
(2) Daily Product Listing
(3) Order Processing

Requirement:
(1) Internet Sourcing Skill
(2) Basic Design Skill and sense
(3) at least 1 year experience in Order processor
(4) at least 1 year experience in Product Listing on Amazon and eBay
(5) knowledge of Office Software (GDocs, Spreadsheet)
(6) Hard Working, honest, responsible and reliable
(7) Can work under pressure, eager to learn new thing
(8) Good Internet Connection and fast response using Skype (Important!!!)
(9) Have both PC and smartphone (Android or iOS, use for design)
(10) Good manner

Training material will be provided. You take an important role for help our company set up a whole new business, so we need someone who is energetic and responsible, and can work individually without much supervision.

Working hours: 3-4 hours on Monday to Friday (morning), 1 hours on Saturaday and Sunday (morning)
Salary: USD$50/week + attractive bonus (passive income!!!)
