Sales & Customer Service Specialist - USA E-commerce Company

We look for a highly motivated Sales & Customer Service Specialist to join our team. Earn Base Salary and Sales Commissions on each sale you made - this is the best of two worlds!

The role you will apply for is a unique role where the multitasking approach will help you a lot! You will be assigned a 8hr Shift (Graveyard Shift) where you will be responsible to answer:
-Incoming phone calls.
-Incoming chats
-Incoming emails
-Do the follow-ups with customers.
Your major task would be to help customers to buy the product from our store. We look for a person that is able to Close Sales with Customers that look to purchase expensive items online.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries (Phone+Email+Live chat)
-Follow up on warm leads
-Give customers discounts & prepare quotes
-Meet and exceed sales targets
-Work collaboratively with the team and management to achieve company goals
-Document your work in ASANA

Qualifications:

-Excellent spoken English & confidence in speaking on the phone
-1+ years of sales experience - type what is your sales Experience to APPLY
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Problem-solving skills
-Self-motivated and results-oriented
-Knowledge of Shopify and ASANA is a plus
