We're on the lookout for a highly skilled Hiring Manager/HR Specialist for ECOMMERCE to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment, implementing HR policies and procedures, and fostering a positive candidate and employee experience.
What we're looking for:
- At least 3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition on OnlineJobsPH, UpWork, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms to make sure that we attract top-tier A+ candidates.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
- Manage and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Coordinate and conduct employee orientations and training programs.
- Process the payroll and payments
- Stay updated on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
