**Responsibilities:**

As a Stripe Billing Dispute and Revenue Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for:

1. **Billing Dispute Resolution:**
- Investigating and resolving billing disputes related to Stripe transactions.
- Collaborating with customers, internal teams, and Stripe support to address and resolve disputes promptly.
2. **Revenue Reporting:**
- Generating and analyzing comprehensive revenue reports using Stripe data.
- Identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement in revenue streams.
3. **Documentation:**
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of billing disputes and resolutions.
- Documenting insights and findings from revenue reports for internal reporting purposes.
4. **Process Optimization:**
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance billing and revenue reporting processes.
- Recommending and implementing improvements to streamline workflows.
5. **Communication:**
- Serving as a point of contact for billing-related inquiries and providing timely and clear communication to stakeholders.
- Communicating with Stripe support as needed to address technical and billing issues.

**Requirements:**

1. Proven experience in handling billing disputes and revenue reporting using the Stripe platform.
2. In-depth knowledge of Stripe's billing and reporting functionalities.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Effective communication skills for interacting with internal teams, clients, and Stripe support.
6. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
