Supply Chain Specialist

We're searching for a top-tier Supply Chain Specialist to lead and manage every aspect of our product journey, from sourcing and production to distribution. We need someone who's self-driven, meticulous, and adept at spotting supply chain challenges while keeping a sharp focus on time management and urgency.

Responsibilities:
- Search for new suppliers in China and other countries.
- Monitor product sales and reorder products in a timely manner to maintain inventory levels.
- Analyze similar products from different suppliers, create reports, and prepare comparative tables for evaluation.
- Oversee the entire production process and communicate with suppliers from order placement to receipt of the final product.
- Conduct online quality control of products through photos and videos.
- Maintain and control all relevant documentation, including invoices and purchase orders.
- Calculate the cost price of goods to ensure accurate pricing and cost control.
- Manage all shipping and delivery processes, including close coordination with forwarders, to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.


Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working for an E-commerce business as an Inventory Specialist or Supply Chain Specialist or Procurement Specialist
- Proven experience in supply chain, e-commerce, logistics, and/or warehouse management
- Strong communication skills in English
