HOMEBASED CSR

We are currently seeking full-time remote call center agents to work for our busy 24/7 call center. Our corporate office is located in Parkland, FL but we are seeking remote agents to join our rapidly growing staff! Financial background is a PLUS!

This position requires minimum computer and internet specs that must be met to perform the essential job functions in a remote environment. Please ensure you meet all minimum requirements before applying:

• Perfect command of English (written & spoken) proficiency.
• A clear speaking voice and comfortable on the phone. Must have excellent comprehension and the ability to converse in English effortlessly
• Attention to detail.
• Active listening skills.
• Own PC/laptop (No tablets or Mac) with at least 8 GB RAM.
• USB Headset
• Internet access - 25 megabytes of upload and download speed - **LTE** is not acceptable.
• Great communication skills and the ability to type accurately.
• A quiet workspace.
• Inbound Sales experience and Financial background is a plus.
