Finance Specialist

Job Description:
Dream Digital, a leading SEO and link-building company, is seeking an experienced Finance Specialist to join our team on a freelance remote basis. This critical role will ensure the smooth and efficient handling of our financial processes. The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Finance Responsibilities:
Keep accurate records of all daily transactions.
Process invoices for clients in Xero
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Reconcile bank statements and Wise accounts in Xero.
Track bank deposits and payments in Xero.
Prepare a monthly budget.
Submit VAT Returns

Qualifications:
Must have 3-5 years experience in Xero
Strong numerical skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of financial software and databases.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

This is a freelance remote position, necessitating strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently. Regular video meetings will be required, and candidates should have a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
