Sourcing Specialist - Healthcare

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sourcing and recruiting exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop sourcing plans
- Utilize online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other channels to source potential candidates
- Sourcing of leads/ lead generation
- Identifying new sources of recruitment, cold calling and building a pipeline of healthcare professionals (HCP) to meet monthly sourcing targets.
- Develop job descriptions and post job openings on the Company’s website, job boards, and other platforms
- Setting up a relationship with other businesses that can provide good sources of HCP.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve sourcing strategies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role
- Proven experience in healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment
- Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently
- experience with mining cold leads
