As we continue to expand our online presence, we are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager & Content Writer, but not just for SecureCash.

As the Social Media Manager & Content Writer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our social media strategy while also creating engaging and compelling content across various websites and platforms. You will be responsible for enhancing our brand image, building up our audiences and driving audience engagement, and contributing to the overall success of our digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

*Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with company goals.
*Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
*Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications for new opportunities.

Content Creation:

*Write and edit creative and high-quality content for various channels, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and website content.
*Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent, relevant, and timely content delivery.
*Collaborate with other teams to gather information and insights for content development.

Audience Engagement:

*Foster and maintain relationships with our online community through meaningful interactions and responses.
*Analyse social media metrics and content performance to optimise strategies for maximum impact.
*Stay updated on industry trends to tailor content and engage with our target audience effectively.

Brand Representation:

*Ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media channels.
*Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Qualifications:

*Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and Content Writer.
*Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
*In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
*Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
*Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices would be beneficial, but will be taught.
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively while staying motivated and innovative.
*Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.


This is a Full Time position. Working hours will be 8:30am to 4:30pm Adelaide time, Monday to Friday. The salary we are offering for this position is 40,000 PHP per month, payments are processed fortnightly. Included in your package will be a 13 month payment, half paid mid year and half end of year and an RDO every month on the day of your choosing!
