Personal Virtual Assistant for Tattoo Business

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Virtual Assistant to support our talented Tattoo Artist. As a Personal Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various administrative, client management, and creative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our tattoo studio.

Working Hours:

Everyday 10AM - 8PM EST

Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:

Manage client appointments, inquiries, and scheduling.
Maintain a client database and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Follow up with clients before and after tattoo sessions.

Communication:

Handle email correspondence with clients and suppliers.
Assist in drafting and proofreading client communications.
Communicate the artist's availability and updates to clients.

Administrative Support:

Handle administrative tasks such as consent forms and payment tracking.
Assist in organizing and maintaining studio records and files.
Help with inventory management and order supplies as needed.

Online Presence:

Monitor online reviews and feedback, responding professionally and promptly.

Scheduling:

Ensure the artist's calendar is prepared for client consultations, appointments, and events.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in the tattoo industry or a creative field.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in office software and scheduling tools.
Creative mindset and an appreciation for the tattoo artistry.

Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
Ability to work independently and remotely, managing tasks efficiently.
Willingness to adapt and learn new tools or processes as needed.
Respect for client confidentiality and studio policies.
