Virtual Assistant for E-Commerce Fashion Brand

We are a dynamic e-commerce fashion brand specializing in Pakistani/Indian styled clothing, seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant (VA) to manage and streamline our operations. You will be working closely with our team to coordinate product launches, organize photoshoots, and ensure the systematic organization of our workflows. As we consider expanding our presence from Pakistan to the US, your role will be pivotal in navigating this transition, including exploring platforms like TikTok Shop and Shopify for direct payments.

-Coordinate and manage product launches, design schedules, and photoshoots.
-Oversee the day-to-day e-commerce operations and maintain the organization using project management software.
-Analyze and provide actionable feedback on our website’s design, user experience, and functionality.
-Propose and implement improvements for the website, potentially liaising with web developers and designers.
-Manage social media content, customer service inquiries, and online marketing campaigns.
-Assist in the transition to a US-based entity, researching the implications and requirements for the business.
-Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, email correspondence, and data entry.

Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
-Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).
-Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for website usability and design aesthetics.
-Strong command of social media platforms, including content creation and analytics.
-Ability to provide a detailed analysis of our current website with constructive feedback and improvement strategies.
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
-Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
