Process Delivery Specialist – Mandarin Bilingual

Your Role and Responsibilities
• Provides additional controls within the team over supplier invoice accuracy to ensure that goods and services are being billed at contractually agreed rates.
• Performs invoice vs contract validation and confirms billing correctness to ensure payment integrity in a daily/weekly basis.
• Coordinates with the vendors for billing queries and clarification needed via email communication.
• Identifies issues which results to key findings being reported to the stakeholders.
• Performs adhoc tasks as assigned by the Invoice Validation Team Lead.
• Recommends improvements and shares ideas to streamline the current process.
