We are looking for an administrative assistant to support our current team. You will be responsible for onboarding our services, which includes walking our clients through some of our steps via phone or zoom. You will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships by being available on our inbound line to help clients get the information they need or connected to the right people.
Requirements:
Clarity in spoken English
Ability to speak and comprehend both formal and informal English
Ability to sustain high energy for calls
Detail-oriented to ensure follow-ups and schedule is maintained
Amazon experience will be given priority but is not a requirement
Additional Information:
Hubstaff time tracking is required
Disclosure of other contracts is required
The role is during daytime US business hours 9a-6p EST US time (your overnight).
This is a full-time position that requires exclusive work during your shift with a total of 40hrs/week
Salary is paid on a biweekly through PayPal
15 days PTO/year***
Training will be provided in terms of our specific process and workflow but you need to have experience talking to people.
