Community Manager

Gil Petersil is a pioneering expert in the field of quantum networking and mastermind coaching, dedicated to advancing professional growth and human networking.

We are seeking a skilled Community Manager to spearhead outreach efforts, build and nurture relationships, and oversee all community chats.

Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and manage outreach activities to expand the community and connections
2. Identifying and targeting leads to help business development.
3. Foster engagement through targeted communication and content.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships within the community
5. Facilitate connections and collaborations among community members.
6. Identify and join other communities widening the brand exposure
7. Manage community chats oversight, moderate to ensure a positive and productive environment.
8. Facilitate discussions, address concerns, and encourage participation on live events.
9. Collaborate with Business Development team and share valuable resources, initiate discussions, and provide insights.
10. Responsible for event coordination, from preparation to after events
11. Collaborate with Business Development team to organize and execute events.
12. Gather feedback from community members to understand their needs and preferences and use feedback to enhance community programs and initiatives.
13. Track and report on community engagement metrics.
14. Provide regular reports on community growth and activity.

Qualifications:
1. Strong English Communication and interpersonal skills
2. Years of experience managing networking and marketing a brand
3. Proven experience in community management
4. Background in networking or mastermind coaching is a plus.
5. Ability to initiate and maintain relationships effectively.
6. Proficiency in managing online communities and chats
