Social Media Manager (Content Writer & Graphic Design)

We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager with a strong background in graphic design and content writing to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
-Management of Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social accounts for Web3 and crypto clients.
-Design and development of thumbnail graphics and other visual design elements for social as needed.
-Write high-quality and engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms as needed.
-Maintaining pipeline and calendar of Tweets and other social content such as memes and video clips (optional).
-Analysis of social performance using tools and statistics about user growth, engagement, and other key metrics.
-Recommend to C-Level how to improve social strategies, workflows, tactics, and tools for greater success.
-Engagement with communities in Discord, Telegram, and other such channels to support and enhance social programs.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
-Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager
-Excellent writing and editing skills in English
-Basic graphic design and analytical skills.
-Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Discord, etc.) and their respective best practices
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
-Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus
-Tech/Crypto savvy preferred
-Able to learn new things quickly and on the fly
