Job Description:
I am looking for a dedicated and creative YouTube Channel Manager to help grow our new channel, which focuses on themes around Jesus and self-development. The ideal candidate should resonate deeply with these topics and be committed to creating content that inspires, educates, and engages our audience. This role requires a blend of spiritual insight, personal development knowledge, and technical skills in SEO and digital content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Research and Development: Research and develop content ideas that align with our channel's themes of Jesus and self-development. Stay informed about relevant trends, discussions, and teachings within these areas.
SEO and Online Visibility: Apply expert SEO techniques to enhance the channel's visibility. Use appropriate keywords, meta descriptions, and tags related to spiritual and self-development topics.
Thumbnail and Graphic Design: Create compelling thumbnails and graphics that resonate with our channel's spiritual and self-improvement focus.
Market Analysis: Identify gaps in the market and understand the pain points of our target audience. Develop strategies to address these areas effectively.
Values Alignment: Ensure all content reflects and upholds the core values and spiritual principles central to our channel.
Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze channel performance. Utilize insights from YouTube Analytics to refine and improve content strategy.
Qualifications:
Strong affinity and understanding of Christian teachings and self-development principles.
Proven experience in managing and growing YouTube channels, preferably in the spiritual or self-help domain.
Advanced knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, tailored to spiritual content.
Proficient in graphic design and visual content creation/ canva
Excellent research skills, with the ability to identify trends and audience needs in the spiritual and self-improvement space.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
