Text offers and negotiate prices of homes to a list of Realtors/ Sellers of residential homes in the Las Vegas, USA area.

*Text scripts and training video will be included upon hired date of how to do this properly.
Send offer prices daily to provided list of numbers. Then, use the text scripts given to respond to realtors/sellers on negotiations. Then, text/ email me the leads that only agree to the offer price using the video course. simple as that.

*Basic computer skills
(using real estate crm texting platform provided)

* Customer service skills are highly preferable (especially with real estate acquisition , sales , business, and marketing)

*No calling is needed ! If you have experience in chat only customer service / texting that would
make your job easier , or learn on the job. If seller or realtor would like to call, send those over to me to deal with.

* Text a minimum of 1,000 sellers/realtors a week (5-7 day work week) using the provided lists / texting platform crm upon hiring date. 25 hours a week.

*Text scripts, and business phone number, are provided to reach realtors , and for sellers directly. (The training video will explain how to use these scripts effectively, eg. how to start the text conversation, replies, and getting a property ready to be put under contract, etc.)

* 5% incentive if you can lock up a deal through your texting services.
