Content Creator on Social Media

Hi Everyone,

I am a Realtor and Loan Officer with Virginia, United States. And I am looking for a content creator for my social media. I noticed that social media has tons and tons of new trends. I need this person to know what they are, create posts based on that and post them on social mediums. Majority of them require for me to be in the video and that's not an issue, but this person must recognize which ones they are edit the videos to what the social mediums require and then post. Note the editing doesn't need to be professional, just what the social medium requires. I need this person to identify, guide, edit, create and post. You must be able to communicate with the audience.

Main Work
- Create new content and posts
- Must be able to understand, Create and Implement new trends on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter
This included editing videos, using their system to add music and post etc
