We are a digital marketing agency dedicated to helping small businesses optimize their operations. We are currently seeking a Virtual Assistant to provide crucial administrative support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Legal Document Review:
Proficiently review and understand legal documents relevant to our business.
Ensure compliance and accuracy in legal agreements, proposals, and client contracts.
2. Financial Organization:
Organize and document financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established processes.
Collaborate with the owner on financial matters, including invoice filing and financial record management.
3. Proposal and Document Preparation:
Prepare, review, and send proposals and other business documents.
Ensure that all documents align with legal requirements and company standards.

Organize and manage
Update calendars, coordinate appointments, and facilitate effective communication.
5. Tech Proficiency:
Utilize various tools and software platforms, including document management systems, calendar tools, and proposal software.
6. Time Management and Multitasking:
Efficiently manage time to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines and business needs.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a virtual assistant, with a focus on legal and administrative support.
Proficient in written English.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Familiarity with legal document review processes.
Tech-savvy with experience using relevant tools and platforms.
