Marketing Associate & Social Media

We’re looking for a full time and permanent Marketing Assistant role for an online business with digital courses that help people overcome addictions and change bad habits.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

- Managing daily administrative tasks
- Publish content on Youtube, Facebook, Instagram and Email newsletter.
- Create Youtube shorts. Proficient in Canva, Excel, Capcut (or similar tools)
- Communicating with customers via email about their testimonials.
- Schedule content for Social Media
- Running Facebook Ads (Basic)
- Coordinating with design and content teams
- Conducting market research
- Preparing marketing reports for campaign performances


**The right person for this job**

- Have at least 3 years of marketing experience.
- You have a good computer capable of editing shorts via Capcut or similar tool.
- People’s person that's communicative, proactive and likes to help others.
- High attention to detail. You should be able to remember our customers across our social media platforms, avoid errors in names or typos, check all your answers thoroughly before sending them.
- Willing to learn and grow with our company over a long term relationship so you can earn more and grow into a managerial role.
- Communication skills. It’s not only important to be fluent in English but also to be able to communicate your point across to our audience and us. Knowing how to ask questions and avoid making assumptions is very important.
- Key personality trait is to be adaptable, attention to detail, communicative, articulate, caring for our customers, eager to learn new things, and find purpose in helping others.

**Job Schedule:**

Monday to Friday: 7pm to 3:30am Philippines time.
