Task:
- Competitor and Audience Research. Deep dive into brands, ads, products.
- Concept creation, new angle/hook creation, storyboard and scripting all relating to direct response. Continuously test new angle.
- Scroll stopping thumbnails
- UGC brief on filming/scripting direction
- Understand performance insight from FB and IG ads to create new creative
- Weekly reporting to team
- Create system and process for the creative team
Skills and Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of creative experience both ideating and delivering creative ideas, with a portfolio of relevant work
- An understanding of TikTok and FB creative best practices as well as data driven creative thinking
- Ideal candidate is someone who is currently in a creative agency
