Expert PHP Developer

We are looking for an export PHP developer to help us maintain and develop our intranet website.

The website is the result of over 10 years of development which means it is a complicated, unique and very technical website.
The website is written in native PHP (legacy code) using mySQL as the database.
The website does not use any frameworks (such as Bootstrap or Foundation)

The site includes features such as:
- User profiles
- Schedule for personnel
- Google Maps
- External API / Rest API
- Creation of PDF reports
- Progress bars / graphs

As a candidate you should have the following skills:
- Extensive experience in legacy PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Experience in using Git-Lab
- High security awareness
- A fair knowledge about server management in Linux
- The skill to manually install your own local version of the website
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good English skills

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Maintaining, updating and adding new features to the website
- We are considering migrating over to Symfony, so any such experience is a plus.

Payment / Salary
You will get paid the 15th every month, by a Philippino Company.
(If the 15th is a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday, the payment will be done before the weekend or bank holiday.)
