APPOINTMENT SETTING / LEAD GENERATION / COLD CALLING

We are hiring FULL-TIME Sales Representatives to work from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Pacific Time.

This position seeks someone who is skilled in appointment setting, lead generation, and cold calling. If this sounds like your skillset, please apply!

SKILLS:
- Preferably has experience in appointment setting, lead generation, and cold calling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be Tech-Savvy
- Experience in handling CRM tools
- Demonstrated ability to successfully find and cultivate new leads through cold prospecting

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Calling our leads using the CRM provided to you.
- Familiarize yourself with essential details of our services.
- Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise.
- You will use online systems to cold call businesses to set appointments for sales representatives. We will teach you and you will get to learn from the best sales reps.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Laptop (I5 core processor / 8GB ram
- Noise-cancellation headphones
- Internet at least 50mbps
- Ideally, have backup internet and power (UPS or generator)

PAY AND BENEFITS:
- 40,000 PHP base salary monthly
- Up to 60,000+ PHP additional commission for bonuses each month (based on the number of closed deals)
- Paid Philippine Holidays (9 in total)
- Paid Time Off
- End of Year BONUS (worked for 1 year in the company, + reached the individual quota -- very attainable!!)
