Recruiting for an Executive Assistant with the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and ensuring timely reminders.

3. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries.
4. Document Preparation: Prepare and edit documents, presentations, reports, and other materials as requested.
5. Meeting Coordination: Schedule, organize, and facilitate virtual and in-person meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and taking meeting minutes.
6. Data Management: Maintain and organize confidential files and documents, both physical and digital.
7. Communication: Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring efficient and effective communication.
8. Expense Management: Track and reconcile expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
9. Research: Conduct research on various topics as assigned by executives to support decision-making processes.
10. Ad-Hoc Projects: Assist with special projects, presentations, and tasks as needed.
11. Quotation generation and proposals for the team.
