As a Paid Ads Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind elevating our clients' online presence. Your primary focus will be on setting up, analyzing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns on platforms like Twitter, Instagram, FB and TikTok. Imagine taking the engaging videos we create for our clients and turning them into campaigns that truly make an impact!

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Setup: Transform client videos into compelling ad campaigns.
Analysis: Dive deep into data to understand what's working and what can be improved.
Optimization: Constantly tweak and refine campaigns for maximum performance.

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in running successful ad campaigns on Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. (Priority on Twitter. Particularly if you’ve ran ads in the crypto space!)
A creative mind with an analytical approach to campaign performance.
Ability to collaborate seamlessly with our video production team.
Stay ahead of trends and changes in the social media advertising landscape.
Understand the nuances of running ad campaigns for crypto companies on social media, as to not get accounts blocked.
