We are in need of a talented and experienced German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team.
If you are passionate about electronics, have a strong command of the German language, and excel at providing top-notch customer support, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer support to our German customers.
Address inquiries, resolve issues, and offer product information to ensure customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot technical problems related to the products.
Maintain a deep knowledge of our product catalog and stay updated
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and follow up on resolutions.
Assist in product returns, replacements, and warranty claims.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer support processes.
Requirements:
Fluent in spoken and written German.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
A passion for electronics
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
Proactive, intelligent, and dedicated to delivering top-tier customer service.
