JOB OVERVIEW

In order to keep up with our growth rate and objectives, we are looking for a lead generation assistant to join our Marketing Team. Your main mission will be to generate leads and sales opportunities

You will work side by side with the Marketing and Communication Manager to define the marketing strategy and ensure its execution.

Your missions will alternate between building targeted campaigns and setting-up specific actions to reach a contact or an account. The missions are expected to be (can vary depending on your analysis and specific needs):

- Creating a robust process to follow leads into the conversion funnel including the creation of dedicated and reliable KPIs to follow.
- Creating customer profiles to segment our target audience and map target accounts in association with the BDR
- Setting-up cadenced mail campaigns to reach out to our target audience
- Building LinkedIn campaigns to 1) create visibility among our target audience 2) create awareness about our solutions and 3) generate leads
- Overseeing inbound and outbound leads pre-qualification and managing the handover to the sales team
- Managing lead generation / nurturing / conversion events such as webinar and executive breakfast, specifically by ensuring a good attendance rate

As a second step, optimizing our inbound lead generation process such as landing pages, SEO ranking, forms, Google Ads, etc.
