Dear sir/madam,
For our e-commerce business we are looking to add an extra tea
Our business is focused on dropshipping to different European countries and it is important we handle disputes correctly and quick within maximum of 24 hours in order to keep a good record with Paypal.
What we are looking for:
- Someone who speaks/writes fluent English
- Has at least 1 year of experience with handling Paypal disputes for an e-commerce business
- Knows how to use DeepL in order to respond to the customer in their native language (in Europe every country has a different language)
- Knows how to work with Slack
- Great communication skills, as this is important to keep communication perfect between yourself and our customer service team. Add pot15 to your response or I won't reply to you.
- Is easily trainable and can work independent afterwards
- Knows the Paypal dispute system in and outs, so you know exactly what to respond in certain situations and which documents to request from our supplier in order to make sure we win the dispute
