Education, Experience, & Requirements:
? Associate’s degree or above in computer science, information systems, or related
field
? Prior experience working on a Helpdesk, in IT, or similar technical function is
desired but not required.
? Customer service experience handling a large volume of dials within a service or
call center industry
? Good communication skills interacting with various individuals
