Video Editor for Facebook Ads Paid by Hour Full Time Job

Looking for a video editor to create weekly Facebook ads with subtitles in multiple languages.
Requirements:
1. Fluent English
2. Good, responsive, clear communication. (we have no tolerance for freelancers with poor communication skills)
3. Open to learn new things
4. Proven Video Editor experience
5. Proven Graphic Design experience
6. Previous work with Facebook ADS is a Plus.
7. 3D Animation skills

Responsibilities:
Create Dynamic Facebook ads. Will need to align stock footage with AI-generated audio in different languages and lengths.
Will provide example videos like I want the videos to be created. Will do training if needed.

It's an hourly paid job. TimeProof is required. Based on the experience, the salary range is 5-7$ per hour. It's a new project, so not sure how many hours will be required. So until we create structure, daily work hours can fluctuate.
