Your responsibilities
-Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish
-Manage our CRMs, Zoho Recruit
-Manage or project management software, Zoho Projects
-Assess candidates’ suitability for positions per the job requirements
-Create onboarding and hiring materials for both clients and candidates
-Respond to client and candidate emails
-Conduct client and candidate interviews and meetings
-Meet tight deadlines

-Leadership skills
-Proactivity, creativity, and critical thinking
-Proficiency in written and spoken English communication skills
-Keen eye for talent acquisition
-Ability to learn new software and tools quickly
-Ability to use Canva
-Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
