WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and nurture strong, trusting relationships with assigned clients
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their goals, needs, and expectations
- Create tailored solutions and proposals to address client needs and drive growth
- Monitor project progress, resolving any issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records and documentation
- Prepare regular reports on account performance and key metrics for both internal and external use

Essential Skills
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience in account management, client relations, or a related role
- Strong problem-solving and strategic-thinking abilities
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Experience in a related field that includes environmental science, materials science, recycling, waste management, business administration is a plus
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Proficiency with statistics and dataset analytics
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with an innovative approach to business planning
- A working understanding of emerging technologies in both the digital and physical space
- An ability to understand and communicate complex ideas, and present findings in a polished way
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience in process design & improvement, business development, and professional writing
- Expertise in circular economy programs, sustainability, and regenerative programs solutions
- Passion for strategy and building solutions to UN Sustainable Development Goals
