About Us:
We are a small tax firm agency with 10 years of business specializing in comprehensive tax solutions and innovative credit repair programs. We are currently seeking an experienced Tax Preparer Manager to join our remote team and lead our tax preparation division.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the tax preparation process for individual and business clients.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of tax returns in compliance with relevant regulations.
Supervise and support a team of tax preparers, providing guidance and training as needed.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, implementing necessary adjustments in our processes.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and credit repair, to provide integrated client solutions.
Monitor and assess team performance, implementing improvements to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.
Act as a point of contact for escalated client inquiries and complex tax situations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in tax preparation and management.
Proven track record of successfully managing a team of tax preparers.
In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to adapt to changes in tax laws and technology.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in tax preparation software.
