Looking for awesome assistants! This is an office position.
Basic Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Support
- Admin Assistance
- CRM Management
- Collaboration and Department Communication
Basic Skills:
- Proficient in basic applications like Spreadsheets, Word docs, Slides
-Basic math skills is required
- You must be a highly organized individual
- Creativity when putting together presentations
- Not a total extrovert but we want someone who will offer opinions and suggestions
Must have a background in admin or virtual assistant roles.
CRM experience and knowledge
You must speak and write good English, you will work with clients and tea
Working US daytime hours will be required.
This is a hybrid work schedule, Mon-Thu in the office, Fri work from home.
Must have your own laptop.
The office is in Ayala Business Center.
If you are not in Cebu City or nearby you will not be considered.
You are expected to only work for us and not have multiple clients on your end.
This position has a lot of room for advancement. We have over 30+ working in the PH currently with many of them being employed with us for several years. We are stable and treat our staff well.
