FULL TIME - 40 HOURS PER WEEK - OVERNIGHT SHIFT

8AM - 6PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME - USA

WORK WEEK IS FRIDAY - TUESDAY. (WEDNESDAY / THURSDAY OFF)


We are looking for a registered nurse to join our Case Management Team to assist with various tasks related to Patient Intake, Authorizations, and Care Coordination. We are a United States based Home Health Agency providing Nursing, PT, OT, and Home Care services in the patient's home. We are seeking a Nurse that not only has experience with our below listed Primary Job Duties, but has also already worked in US Health Care.


Primary Job Duties:

Review Admission documents during new patient intake process for eligibility verification, insurance authorization, and care coordination.
Upload / Review clinical documents in EMR for QA, Notes and Plan of Care
Assist Director of Nursing & other clinical staff
Reports to RN supervisor or the Director of Nursing
Experience with diagnosis codes and reviewing medical documents needed
Experience in Home Health Care not required but a big plus.


Job Requirements:

- Good spoken & written English is a MUST
- Registered Nurse License with 2 years minimum experience (US Home Healthcare a PLUS)
- Willing to do Background Check and have previous employment verified.
- Must Have A Quiet Work Environment
- Fast Internet Speed, Newer Computer, Noise Cancelling Headset
- Previous experience with CRM's, Data Entry, Excel, etc.
- Self Driven & Motivated
- Likes to speak, outgoing personality, and gets along well with others (you will be talking to
people all shift long)
- Willing to work on Time Doctor
