Sr WordPress Developer Team Leader

We need a full-time WordPress web development Ninja who is fast and responsive and with great English skills.

This is a Team Leader position in which you will manage a small team of Jr WordPress developers.

You will have hands-on development work, but you will also be delegating tasks and be accountable for the quality of work from your ---------- TE: having prior team leadership experience is a requirement.

You must be a problem solver that can get things done the right way and uphold a very high standard of quality to lead your team by example.

We build custom websites from custom Figma designs in Hello and Astra using Elementor.

You need to have strong skills related to WooCommerce, Gravity Forms and WordPress Multisite.

You would also assist with providing customer support (loading content and making site edits) as well as posting blog posts and distributing them on social media accounts.

Ideally you will be comfortable dealing with clients directly via email and chat.

This is a full-time job. We use Slack & Hubstaff for communication and productivity.

We have 9hr shifts that are from 2am to 11am USA Central Time.
